I’m at a point in the Jellyfish Hexie quilt where all I want to do is sew… so I’m making pretty good progress! In a few days I’ll have half the hexies stitched into rows – once the diagonal rows are done I can put it all together! Here are more process shots:
Jellyfish Hexie Quilt – starting a “roll” of hexies
A full open “roll” of hexies – ready to be rolled.
Carefully rolling hexies up in batting and fabric strips.
Rolls of hexies ready to go!

Hi Gail! I love your hexie Jellyfish. Very creative! Also the way your roll up those hexies. I am a new follower of your blog.

Oh Thanks Jan! I'm having lots of fun with this one!
You have a wonderful process to keep your hexie projects ready to sew. I imagine the next step of sewing the finished rows together is a little more fiddly but satisfying.
Thanks Karen – the next step IS a little more fiddly, but with every stitch the quilt grows – so it's totally motivating!
Oh my GOSH..how amazing are you!!! I have just been given a link to this and I am completely inspired!! (and a little crushin' on you right now hahahahaha) Thankyou 🙂
*blush* Thanks Mishi!
